It is a time of listening and welcoming with the process of Nonviolent Communication.
It helps us to be reached, to clarify our feelings and our needs and to place in a confidential space what is alive in us.

It can also help you make conscious choices, open up possibilities, take a step back, find the resources within yourself to face a situation, approach action in a peaceful manner, celebrate and grieve.

Proposal: 45-minute individual sessions, several slots once a month, on site or by video, grouped together if possible, to help projects, teams, structures or groups of organizations.
